1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ed44" / "Platform" — refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at ed44.io, including all associated services, software, games, and features.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ed44 platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the ed44 platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds held in a Player's ed44 Account, including real-money deposits and any bonus funds credited in accordance with applicable bonus terms.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or reward points credited to a Player's Account as part of an ed44 promotion or loyalty programme.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required to activate full withdrawal privileges on the ed44 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" — refers to Bangladesh Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the ৳ symbol. All monetary amounts on ed44 are expressed in BDT unless otherwise stated.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the ed44 platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. ed44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all associated winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be returned at ed44's sole discretion following investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ed44 platform is primarily designed for and marketed to players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the ed44 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ed44 makes no representation that the services offered are available or legally permissible in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. If you access the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, you do so entirely at your own risk.

2.3 Mental Capacity

By registering and using the ed44 platform, you represent and warrant that you are acting on your own behalf as an individual in your personal capacity, that you are of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you are not acting under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment at the time of placing any wager.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming services on ed44, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You further agree to keep this information updated at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the ed44 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ed44 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending wagers, and forfeit any balances held therein.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ed44 may result in suspension of the Account and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ed44 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile banking methods. ed44 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ed44 Account within 60 seconds of successful confirmation. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect. If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact ed44 support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Funding Source

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ed44 Account originate from a legitimate source and are entirely your own funds. You must not deposit funds that are derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source. ed44 reserves the right to report suspicious deposit activity to the relevant authorities and to suspend any Account pending investigation.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the ed44 platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). If your payment method operates in a different currency, your financial institution may apply a conversion fee. ed44 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or mobile banking provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed the ed44 KYC verification process. Unverified Accounts may deposit and play, but withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity and payment method verification has been successfully completed.

5.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are generally processed within 24 hours of submission during standard operating hours. Funds are typically received in your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet within 2–6 hours of processing completion. ed44 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

5.4 Withdrawal Method Matching

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus funds and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ed44 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse, collusion, and any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers. This includes, without limitation, low-risk wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, and participation in promotions by individuals who are not eligible. ed44 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close Accounts where abuse is detected.

6.4 Loyalty Programme

Points, tier status, and rewards accumulated under the ed44 Loyalty Programme have no cash value and are non-transferable between Accounts. ed44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ed44 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the ed44 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your Account.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated activity designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.

• Engaging in charge-back fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider after receiving services on the platform.

10 Suspension & Termination

10.1 Suspension by ed44

ed44 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the platform. During a suspension, the Player's ability to deposit, play, or withdraw may be restricted pending investigation.

10.2 Termination by ed44

ed44 may terminate any Account permanently where a material breach of these Terms has been established following investigation. Upon termination for cause, ed44 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds held in the Account. Real-money deposits not subject to ongoing investigation may be returned at ed44's sole discretion.

10.3 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request closure of your ed44 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, you will be required to withdraw any remaining real-money balance and to confirm that no pending bonus wagering requirements remain active. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

11 Intellectual Property

12 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ed44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ed44 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ed44's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of ed44 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
